Return and Refund Policy

At Old Madras Market, we take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our products (such as ghee, oils, spices, tea, etc.), we do not accept returns unless:

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong product

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged or incorrect item at info@oldmadrasmarket.com.

Refunds

If your return request is approved:

  • You will receive a full refund to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after the order is shipped

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Product opened or used
